Marit is the group’s financial manager, while also managing accounting for our business units. With a master’s degree in finance and her background from companies such as PwC, Investinor and KLP, she runs a tight ship on our financials.
Torbjørn Nordgård

Torbjørn is the founder of Lingit AS and has worked with language technology for more than 30 years. Before starting Lingit, he was a professor of computational linguistics at NTNU in Trondheim, Norway. He holds a PhD in language technology form the University of Bergen.

Alasdair leads our Claro Software subsidiary. With 18 years of experience in assistive technology, as software developer, and a leader, heading up software development, architecture, product management and business roles, he manages the business unit in the UK.

Joakim joined Verdane in June 2017 from Arctic Securities where he worked on M&A transactions and capital raising for Norwegian growth companies. He also has experience form M&A advisory at Rothschild in London and Statkraft, and financial due diligence advisory at BDO.
